St\u0159edn\u00ed odborn\u00e1 \u0161kola energetick\u00e1 a stavebn\u00ed, Obchodn\u00ed akademie a St\u0159edn\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e1 \u0161kola, Chomutov, p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkov\u00e1 organizace je p\u00e1te\u0159n\u00ed \u0161kolou v\u00fdchovn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje. Profilov\u011b se \u0161kola zam\u011b\u0159uje na vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed budouc\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f v sektorech energetiky a stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed, stavebnictv\u00ed, ekonomick\u00fdch a administrativn\u00edch slu\u017eeb, integrovan\u00e9ho z\u00e1chrann\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu a bezpe\u010dnosti obyvatel (po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrana a bezpe\u010dnostn\u011b pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u010dinnosti) a poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb ve zdravotnick\u00fdch (zdravotn\u00ed sestra) a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00fd projekt Evropsk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti vych\u00e1z\u00ed z rozvojov\u00fdch program\u016f \u0161koly. V projektu budou realizov\u00e1ny zahrani\u010dn\u00ed st\u00e1\u017ee pro 44 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f z \u0159ad \u017e\u00e1k\u016f \u0161koly a 6 pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Z toho vych\u00e1zej\u00ed tak\u00e9 c\u00edle projektu. Pro \u017e\u00e1ky p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm usnadn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159echodu do prvn\u00edho kvalifikovan\u00e9ho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Nadn\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bna umo\u017en\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm l\u00e9pe se orientovat ve sv\u00fdch oborech a mo\u017enostech uplatn\u011bn\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce, pom\u016f\u017ee zkvalitnit a prohloubit si sv\u00e9 znalosti a dovednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobility maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u0159adu n\u00e1vazn\u00fdch efekt\u016f, jako je zlep\u0161en\u00ed jazykov\u00e9 vybavenosti, komunika\u010dn\u00ed dovednosti a z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 sebed\u016fv\u011bry. St\u00e1\u017e by m\u011bla \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky motivovat nejen k dal\u0161\u00edmu vlastn\u00edmu rozvoji, ale tak\u00e9 k p\u0159enosu t\u011bchto zku\u0161enost\u00ed mezi sv\u00e9 vrstevn\u00edky, rodinu a p\u0159\u00e1tele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

St\u00ednov\u00e1n\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f c\u00edl\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na zkvalitn\u011bn\u00ed odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve \u0161kole a p\u0159enos dobr\u00e9 praxe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V projektu se uskute\u010dn\u00ed celkem 44 mobilit \u017e\u00e1k\u016f do 5 zem\u00ed. Z toho 8 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f u\u010debn\u00edch obor\u016f a 36 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f studijn\u00edch obor\u016f, co\u017e je v souladu s Evropskou internacionaliza\u010dn\u00ed strategi\u00ed. St\u00e1\u017ee jsou v\u017edy na 10 pracovn\u00edch dn\u00ed. Pro rok 2020 zapojujeme celkem 8 obor\u016f ze v\u0161ech sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0161koly. Pro tuto v\u00fdzvu budeme vyu\u017e\u00edvat na\u0161e st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed partnery a zapoj\u00edme jednoho nov\u00e9ho z Irska.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V r\u00e1mci mobilit budou zastoupeni nezletil\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci, z tohoto d\u016fvodu \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me o 8 doprovodn\u00fdch osob, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 po\u010dtu vys\u00edlan\u00fdch skupin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profesn\u00edho rozvoje pracovn\u00edk\u016f se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed celkem 6 osob z technick\u00fdch a zdravotnick\u00fdch obor\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u010cty\u0159i \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci technick\u00fdch obor\u016f budou st\u00ednovat na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch 5 pracovn\u00edch dn\u00ed (N\u011bmecko, Irsko a Slovensko) a 2 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci zdravotnick\u00fdch obor\u016f 3 pracovn\u00ed dny u partner\u016f v N\u011bmecku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Z d\u016fvodu zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy a evaluace je za\u010d\u00e1tek projektu pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n na 1.8.2019, prvn\u00ed st\u00e1\u017e v \u00fanoru 2020, posledn\u00ed st\u00e1\u017e v \u0159\u00edjnu 2020 a ukon\u010den\u00ed projektu v \u00fanoru 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program pro \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky bude prob\u00edhat dle nastaven\u00fdch jednotek v\u00fdsledk\u016f u\u010den\u00ed v syst\u00e9mu ECVET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V projektu budeme vyu\u017e\u00edvat principy z\u00e1sady Evropsk\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu kredit\u016f pro odborn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edpravu (ECVET). Tento syst\u00e9m pom\u016f\u017ee zajistit kvalitu mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed mobility, transparentnost kvalifikac\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 p\u0159enesen\u00ed jednotky v\u00fdsledk\u016f u\u010den\u00ed i do spolupr\u00e1ce \u0161kol a podnik\u016f u n\u00e1s i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Nastaven\u00e9 jednotky v\u00fdsledk\u016f u\u010den\u00ed popisuj\u00ed, jak\u00e9 znalosti, dovednosti a kompetence si m\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk b\u011bhem st\u00e1\u017ee osvojit. Ty budou je\u0161t\u011b upraveny po up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed term\u00ednu st\u00e1\u017ee a ur\u010den\u00ed kone\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00edc\u00ed organizace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project title: European Experiences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Secondary Technical School, Business Academy and Secondary Medical School, Chomutov, is the key school in the educational system of region \u00dast\u00ed. It is focused on education of future employees of energetic branch and engineering, building industry, economic and administrative services, integrate rescue system and safety of inhabitants (fire brigade and safety activity) and providing services in the area of health care (nurse) and social facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project Open European experiences comes from developing programs of the school. In the project will be implemented internships abroad for 44 participants from the students and 6 pedagogic workers from the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project also come out of this. For students it is mostly to ease transfer to first qualified job. International swop enables students to be knowledgeable in their branches and their ability to be a part of labour market; they improve quality and deepen their knowledge and skills. Nobilities have another following effect such as improvement of language ability, communication skills, obtaining or improving self-confidence. Internship should motivate participants to further development and also to pass on these experiences within people of same age, family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pedagogic workers shadowing focuses mostly to get better quality of vocational training at school and good practice transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the project will be done all together 44 mobility of the students to five countries. Out of these there will be eight students from vocational branches and 36 students from study branch, which is in line with the European Internationalization Strategy. Internships will be always for ten working days. Forour existing partners for this challenge and we will engage one new from Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of mobility will be participating under-age students, for this reason we are asking for eight accompanying people, that correspondents to the number of sent groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The professional development of the staff will be attended by 6 people from the technical and health care branches. Four participants of technical branches will shadow at schools abroad for five working days (Germany, Ireland and Slovakia) and 2 health care branches for three working days with partners in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure good quality of preparation and evaluation, the start of the project is scheduled for 1.8.2019, the first internship in February 2020, the last internship in October 2020 and the completion of the project in February 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program for participants will be set according to the set learning units in ECVET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the project will be used the principles of the European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET). This system will help to ensure the quality of international mobility, transparency of qualifications and then transfer it into the cooperation between schools and companies at home and abroad. Adjusted learning units of results describe what knowledge, skills and competencies should participant during the internship learn. They will still be adjusted after final clarification of the term and the final host organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
